Antiquorum held a major collector’s watch, pocket watch, timepiece and high-end watch tools auction in Geneva on October 3 and 4 following the success of the New York auction in September. It totaled up to 4,336,380 Swiss francs (US $ 4,222,700) and set a new world record. Of the 412 items auctioned, 78% of the items sold were 115% of their value. In addition to the on-site enthusiastic bidders, the auction also received a large number of online and telephone bids from Mexico, Turkey, the United States and China.
